There are three Villa models to chose from. 

 

The romantic Mountain Suite is a one bedroom single story 775 sf unit.   Week 24 starting on Friday June 14, 2024  plus a Float week in Unit 304  is for sale for $10,000 for each week.  Monthly Association fees are $80 per week.  That breaks down to $137.14 per night.


The two story Tower Suite is a one bedroom upstairs and a sitting area downstairs with a sauna and it is 880 sf.  You can choose Week 30 starting on July 26, 2024 or Week 31 starting on August 2, 2024 in unit 305.  And you get one float week. Week 30 is selling for $14,750 for each week.  Week 31 is selling for $15,000 for each week.  There are also two float weeks available for sale, one for $12,000 and another for $16,500.  (Four different owners).  Monthly Association fees are $86.  That comes to $147.43 per night. 

 

The third unit called the Butterfly Suite is a two bedroom, two bath unit with a full kitchen and large great room and it is approximately 600 sf.  There are three fixed weeks to choose from.  Week 22 starting on May 31, 2024 and a float week for $10,000 each.  Week 31 starting on August 2, 2024 and a float week for $15,000 each.  Or, Week 37 starting on September 13, 2024 and a float week for $12,000 each. Monthly Association fees are $98.  That comes to $168.00 per night. 

 

Check in is on Fridays after 4 pm.  Check out is on the following Friday at 11 am.

 

Float weeks give you more flexibility each year and allow you to chose a week that fits your schedule.  

 

Best is to just make an appointment with Mimi Garner to discuss all the options and combinations  available. Of the 14 weeks listed, one owner owns 6 weeks.  2 weeks  in the Mountain Suite for a romantic getaway and 4 weeks in the two bedroom Butterfly Suite for couples golf outings or family gatherings.

 

As a side note, these Villas are being rented out by the resort to the public from $375 to $775 per night.
